| Villa Argenta is a new built house (year 2002) with 3 bedrooms (6 beds). Upper floor consist of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony with beautifull view over sea and sunset. Down there is one bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, terace…Villa has air-conditioning.TV-Sat. There is kayak and windsurf to use. Bed linens and towels are included. During your holiday the house and the garden are only yours for your total privacy! The house is 50 meters from beach.Silba is one of the most beautiful island of Adriatic coast(park of nature) with no motor vehicles of any kind which is ideal for people who appreciate true peace and intact nature. It also has plenty of beaches all around the island. Quality of sea water is among clearest of all adriatic coast, and sea is already warm enough for swiming even in june! Tennis courts 200 m from villa, couple of good quality restaurants, pubs and disco for younger people… Island with soul for quality relaxation.

| Landhaus Argenta ist ein neu gebautes Haus (2002.), mit 3 Doppelzimmer (6 Bette). Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer, ein Bad, und zwei schone Terassen. Im ersten Stock befindenh sich zwei Doppelzimmer, ein Bade und eine Terrase mit Meerblick. Das Haus hat Klimaanlage.TV-Sat. Es gibt Möglichkeit von Gebrauch Kayak und Windsurf. Das Haus ist 50m von einem Kiesstrand entfernt, und 10 minuten von einem Sandstrand, ideal fur die Gaste mit Kindern. Betwasche und Handtucher sind inbegriff. Wahrend Ihren Afenthalt auf Silba das Haus und der Garten geharen nur Ihnen!Silba ist eine der schönsten Inseln an der Mitteladria (Park der Natur) ohne Motorfahrzeuge irgendeiner Art, ist ideal für Leute mit Kindern, die Ruhe, Frieden, und unversehrte Natur schätzen. Es gibt viele Kies, Sand und Felsenstrande um die Insel. Tennisplätze 200 m von Landhaus, einige Restaurants mit einheimischer Kuche, Pizzerias, Eiscaffe, Supermarket, und Disko für jüngere Leute…
Die Verbindungen mit Silba: von Hafenstadt Rijeka mit dem Tragflugelboot, aus Pula mit dem Schiff, von Zadar mit Katamaran (1 und 1/2 St.). Warnen, keine Autos auf Insel!

La casa Villa Argenta e soli 50 mt. dal mare, con giardino, disposta su due piani, con 3 camere da letto (6 personne), doppi servizi, una cucina, soggiorno e due terrazze. La casa a aria condizionata.Tv-Sat.L’isola di Silba gode dello stato di parco naturale e per questo motivo non e ammesso nessun mezzo a motore. L’isola fa parte di un piccolo arcipelago posto fra Zadar (Zara),
Losinj (Lussino) e le Incoronate. E’possibile fittare imbarcazioni con marinaio per brevi escursioni in questo piccolo paradiso terrestre.

La nostra casa e raggiungibile via mare partendo da Ancona con una traversata in notturna con navi croate o con l’aliscafo che parte sempre da Ancona, oppure con la vostra auto raggiungendo Zara o Lussino da dove partono vari traghetti per Silba.
L’isola di Silba e stata classificata come parco naturale, e ricca di vegetazione mediterranea e circondata da un mare splendido con fondali ricchi di vita.Una splendida vacanza in mezzo ad una natura che si puo affermare incontaminata. |
